Pay, and we hold it
The money leaves your card but not our hands. Your address goes to the cleaner you chose, and to nobody else.

Your cleaner marks the job started when they arrive and finished when they leave.

You confirm
Happy? Confirm, and the cleaner is paid. Not happy? Tell us before it is released and we will look at it. If you do nothing, we release it after 24 hours.
Questions people ask
What does it cost?
The quote is the price. We take our commission out of what the cleaner receives, not on top of what you pay, so there is no booking fee and no surprise at the door.
Who turns up?
Somebody whose identity, right to work, DBS check and public liability insurance we have seen and verified. When a document expires they stop being able to take work until it is replaced.
What if something goes wrong?
Tell us before the payment is released. The money stays where it is while we look at it, and we can refund some or all of it.
What happens to my address?
Cleaners quoting for the job see the area, not the address. The full address goes to the one cleaner you book, after you pay.
Can I book the same cleaner again?
Yes. Post the job and they can quote for it as before. We do not lock you in to anybody.
